This is the perfect mixture of Chinese spices with some Indian tadkaa. It is very tasty and flavorful.Packaging is also nice.it is clearly mentioned what ingredients are their in the masala and how to make it. It contains wheat and soy which makes it little healthy at the same time. Process is very easy .You just have to add CHING'S SCHEZWAN FRIED RICE MASALA and stir-fry it for 1-2 minute and it is ready to eat. I have been using this to fulfill my craving for schezwan fried rice .It satisfy my taste buds very well.
