I just Bought the aveo 1.4 and find it to be great value
Classy interiors and loads of rear space/elbow room put it in the Honda city league.
Mp3 player with remote sounds very Good
Tall car with a great seating position gives a very commanding view of the road.
Gear shift is a little sticky but ok.
Fuel efficiency seems to be great. I ran 176 kms with a/c on 1/4 tank that gives it almost 16 km/litre.
Excellent finish with even panel gaps something we now expect from Gm.
Fitted a rear spoiler and remote locking system .
The pickup is ok and the car handles very well.
Gm tells me that the Spares would be priced much lower than the Fiesta.
I looked at the Fiesta before buying the Aveo. The 1.4 Fiesta had cheap interiors and low power. The 1.6 Fiesta was both powerfull as well as had good interiors but at 70000/- extra did not really add that much value.
