My nephew of two years did learn quite a few things, amongst them to recognize one insect. With so much noise around .this story took me away from the concrete jungle amidst a pleasant valley invoking images of flowers and sounds of birds! It is about difficulties in life and how to overcome them. The beautiful simplicity of Ruskin Bond's stories make it heartwarming. This is a nice story. The only thing(unfortunately) lacking is that it is sparsely illustrated.
