I have opted Chennai Movers and packers for moving my luggage from Chennai to Kolkata. They charged me 7500 for 3 bags and my luggage has been dispatched from Chennai on 26th May 2012. They assured me it will reach to kolkata by 2nd of June. Today is 18th of June, still I didn’t received it. And I am worried about it whether they lost my luggage having my certificates too.
I am calling them for every 2 days, some people won’t pick the call, some of them are telling it will take 2 more days and some of them are asking the value of my luggage. I am really frustrated and Thinking to move to court room now.
I feel this is worst movers and packers I have seen. My reference number is #5637.
