Note: I have used this phone for 2 months this was gifted to me by my parents. Later I found lacs in this phone and thats what I am sharing with you
Centric A1 is coming out to be a useful phone in the public but believe me the price regarding this product is high you won't believe there are other phones with the same specifications in low range this phone will cost you approx 10000 or more but there are certain phones buy redmi by life and by other companies which are selling the same specification in the phone in the cheaper rate so why would you buy eccentric a one because it don't have anything new features are very basic the phone consists of Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 to which is an old version and redmi and life phones will give you Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 and 625 this same range and where is if we move onto adreno it has adreno 505 GPU which will not provide you a better graphics because nowadays the systems are running on Mali so adding chipset and this GPU the phone LAX as compared to its price because 10000 is a price where you will get Mali And Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 or 6: 25 so there by we are going to talk about other specifications such as build quality of the phone is plastic I have used this product for 2 months and eat it consists of processor 1.4 gigahertz which is quite a slow process because 1.4 gigahertz If you are using with Qualcomm then the phone will going to hang in the future and no buyer wants a phone which will hang in future.
Means for a General use this phone is good but believe me if you are expecting good gaming and functioning performance by phone of rupees 10000 then believe me you will get disappointed after using this phone
Personally I don't like the camera of the phone that can the lens are quite old version and autofocus is not at all good.
Network: network regarding this phone the phone gives you 4G 2G and 3G available so you can use anyone or any two of the network the phone has hybrid sim slot with micro sim slot.
Customer services: believe me if you are expecting a good Customer services from this phone you won't get because there are least I think there are no service centre in my city which is in Allahabad and I don't think it will be in your city as well because really is service centre is found that's why I have send this phone on OLX because there are lots of problems regarding heating of the phone and there any any other problems so if you are expecting a customer services then you will be disappointed.
Charges and billing: and one thing more you will hardly find this phone honour stores you have to buy it online only because the phone is not at all made in India and charges and billing are quite simple as always if you buy from any trusted websites so there are no problem with charges and billing.
