At first been a centralised is the matter of honour for me I am that I am working for this bank from past 4 years and the negative comments here are expected because in every public dealing department one has to prepare himself to get criticize a lot Hance we tried to improve services to serve our Customer better. Like other PSU banks it has the same salary structure so we do not need to think about it and as far as job security is concerned this is the oldest Swadeshi PSU Bank so no need to worry about this. This bank is one of the largest PSU banks in India so if you work hard here your career will Bounce quickly you have curtsy honesty and have the will to work hard here. Working environment here is very much friendly we use to prank one another in the free time and cracking jokes to make the environment healthy and same applies for some of our customers too.
