1) Ordered something in first week of Dec for$58.
2) Cancelled within 10 minutes as I changed my mind.
3) Follow up email why I cancelled. Replied saying I changed my mind.
4) Follow up email that if you wish to order /replace anything. I replied saying No.
5) After 1 month, get a email with tracking no.
6) Fought and wanted a refund. Ater 5 days, they could not cancel shipment. So received product.
7) After another 3 weeks of fighting, they send me a voucher to take the order back. Sent it from ups.
8) After 1 week, get an email that product is received.
9) After 1 week, no refund. So fought again they said withdraw dispute nd we will refund u$58. I pay shipping( did I ask to be shipped).
10) withdrew dispute and emailed.
11) got an email that refund will be processed within 30 days.
12) I asked for$10 shipping as its not my fault. Another few weeks gone.
13) sent proof dispute withdrawn.
People I dealt with are SEnthil and Dhanalaxmi.
From sep 9 to today Nov end, no refund in sight.
