I bought a saree to wear to a friend's wedding. The blouse has not been made to the measurements I supplied to the point it is impossible to put on!
I also paid more to have it made extra long and they didn't do this. Customer services have been deliberately slow to respond.
They wont reply within the time frames they give you unless constantly chased. The matter is still on going and I have a feeling I will have to go to the small claims court to get it resolved.
I would never buy another product from here and would tell anyone to avoid them.
