A big company by infrastructure and size but ruled by third class management. Managers act as if they are next to god and give salary from their pocket. If one wants to work like a donkey then he is most welcome at Cbay.
This company is very good for SSLC pass people as they can only tolerate the great management of Cbay. If you open your mouth the management will victimize you. The company has funny target which cannot be met with quality and then if you do not do the target or meet the quality standard they will deduct the salary.
