I flew Cathay Pacific and it was terrible. So many things were wrong, I'm not sure where to begin. I found the service to be the worst that I have ever encountered. I have never seen such terrible customer service in my life. I was not happy. They should try considering the customers point of view. When I fly it is really nice when the staff does their best and is considerate and dare I say polite.
The food was terrible. I refused to eat the last meal on the flight. The stewardess was about to tell me what it was and I just told her that I'm not hungry and won't be eating anything. Really, it was that bad. I have never encountered such terrible food before in my life and I have eaten fast food. I just want food that doesn't make me want to consider cutting my tongue off.
