The first and the last time I travelled by this airline was last October from Dubai to Mumbai by First Class. at first there was a special bus that came to take me to the aircraft and all my lagauge taken care of. as I entered the plane with head ache I was given medicine and a club sandwitch to top it up after some time when the plane took off I was served Champagne and after two rouds of the same I was offered around of salad follwed by main course and desert not forgetting the luxery poush I was given to take home. In all the service was great and flight comfertable, I guess because I was in the first class, but no complaints till now.
