Horrible customer support and costly yet inferior parts. iPhone XS screen replaced for 9K, started misbehaving in 2.5 months while under warranty. When raised 1st day senior engineer denied from remote without checking. The next day someone else came for lip service and stated not covered under warranty when he did not even carry a replacement screen as he was under instructions. Disappointed with handling of ticket # 705407429945. Pls do not trust them with your money. Repaired from another vendor at 1/3rd cost. Never again from them #feelcheatedbycashify
