When I was working in Chennai, I had an issue with my Iphone 6 battery. It was draining pretty fast and it didn't even last for a mere 3 to 4 hrs. I booked an appointment with Cashify, the service agent came delayed and after looking at the mobile he told the issue is with the battery. He changed the battery and took my original battery with him. The battery worked only for a day stopped working the next day. Even though they had warrant policies they didn't respond. Their service is very poor.
The cost of the battery replacement was 1200rs.
The cost of my original battery which they took back was 7000rs.
After consulting with a service centre in Richie Street they told me the issue is not with the battery and it is with a defective IC in the mobile. The problem got resolved after changing my IC.
be careful while getting your mobile serviced, don't give your old parts during repair.
