Wanted to sell my old IPad, the technician who came checked every thing and clicked random buttons in combination till the display gets blurred. The device was working perfectly fine till then. Then tried to pass it on as if the display was faulty and wanted to reduce the price, which we flatly refused. When we restarted the device it is now working fine. Completely unethical behaviour. If a device is working fine, either pay the customer or reject it on ethical grounds. You don’t have to unnecessarily spoil a perfectly good device just to make a profit. Let my experience be a lesson for the future customers and myself.
