These people just suck. Review on Carzonrent

First of all I booked a car, then your call center girl called and explained me what I have to do. No body mentioned 30, 000 security deposit when I booked  nor in the mail which I got after booking. But I went there to pick up the car.

They demanded 30k and you ground staff as well as call center one does not know how to talk . we were treated very badly as we don't have 30K, it was embarrassing as we were not planned and none of us had credit card too, we were group of students.

And I think to do business in India your guys should know the national language of India but neither your ground staff nor your customer care knows Hindi and their English was way too good for me to understand . I did not got the money also which I already paid for the same . Finally we used ***zoom car*** and got the car easily within no time .

Your rules are not mentioned properly in mail which you sent after booking the car and please change your staffs in Chennai office they are very rude to customer. In short any body who books car from you will never come back to you .

So enjoy till most of the people book once because nobody is going to come back to you guys .I show the review also in mouth shut and I am thinking I should have seen that earlier. you guys sucks when it comes to user Experience. its not the cars that will help you grow but people and customer and you lack so much in that . I feel pity for you guys. Just please return my full payment. I am already planning to file a consumer complaint in court for the same if I did not hear you from u guys by Wednesday .
