I booked a cab for long distance and then the cab didn't turn up. I called up to the customer care executive and continuously followed up for 3hrs to check the cab status. I did around 15 calls to the customer executive and every time they will respond as we are trying to arrange the cab for you. After continuous follow up, they said that we can't arrange a cab at this point. Very Very frustrating experience. These guys are very unreliable and never think about this cab service for the long distance. I payed the amount using my payback points which never returned so far. Waste of time & money if you book from this unreliable cab service!
