Bannerghatta Road workshop - Most inefficient and unprofessional team. First time they goofed up with my car servicing in March and with multiple requests I thought of giving them second chance.
The result. Second time also they goofed up on commitment, delivered car with every problem that was supposed to be fixed, wasted more than 24 hours of my time (~3 hours waiting time in their workshop) and caused tremendous stress. Worst than a roadside garage. The technical staff doesn't seem to have any control from management/supervisor team. I was told that despite having approvals and job card/approvals, the mechanic didn't do the work. And the service advisor didn't even know about this so he prepared to deliver car.
I'd strongly advise to instead trust some smaller place where one can see some professionalism. This doesn't even deserve one star that i've to give in product rating.
