I had given my car for wheel alignment and balancing. They told me vehicle will be ready by 3 pm but they called at around 5.30 and asked me to take the vehicle soon because 6 pm is the closing time.
I went to pick my vehicle at 5 45. they said car is good, alignment done. After that I observed the problem increased and my vehicle started shaking more and more than earlier within 5 mins of driving. I thought tyre punctured but it was not so. Also I observed that they had driven for around 8 kms.
The next day I called and told them about the problem. Also if they had driven the car for 8 kms they should have got to know about the problem because I could detect the problem within 5 mins.
The next day they asked me to come again. They said they will repair and asked me to come at 3 pm. When I went to pick the car. they said car shocks are gone bad. It will be around 15k to repair them which means that when I gave for alignment they have taken the car some where, driven rashly and made the shocks go bad. Or they did not do any alignment? Because when I went to receive my vehicle first time they did not mention anything about shocks and also they said car is perfectly fine. Also they asked me to come around closing time so that I will not take the car back as soon as I see the problem.
Now when I went and asked they are telling it was fine when they did alignment I only screwed the shocks. Also they did not show any courtesy since I did not leave the vehicle to repair shocks.
