Cardekho.com offers certified cars to its users. However I recently had an awful experience with one of their dealers who handed over an abused car to me. All that was said and promised at the time of purchase seemed to b incorrect.
The dealer even went in to say that they pay the cardekho auditors who then make a report as per the dealers wish and certify the car accordingly. Also they offer a gift hamper worth Rs4000 with every car purchase but the hamper is not even worth Rs 1000. I would suggest to refrain from using such websites and instead deal with a local dealer who will at least take some accountability in case you are not happy about anything.
