I booked a try at home service via the app. The representative didn’t come on the day that was finalised on the app.
After a couple of follow ups with customer care I finally got the appointment. After a really frustrating experience with Caratlane customer care, we had an delightful experience of try at home thanks to Mr. Avinash who was very humble and had good product knowledge and more range of product than I requested.
