Hi Everyone,
I ordered a gold ring from caratlane and I really love their customer service and they were so awesome, Nah nah nah, they were not selling me anything than what I have chosen, I dont have Credit card and I had found something much beautiful than I had it in the cart, Caratlane came to the rescue and provided me, cardless EMI option and I didn't take it because I had my budget they sent me each and every update about the ring which was being designed for my better half, I visited the showroom in whitefield Bangalore and its really awesome, I got the delivery from them before time and I could propose my better half.
Awesome Service and Five star for the service .
Customer Service Is just awesome, they don't try to sell you, they want us to choose it ourselves
Gold, it was awesome and the shine has still no gone till today and my better half is very happy with it
