It was my Biggest mistake in my life I joined capgemini in 2016 Nov till now still they are no project and now they start forcing to Resigned otherwise they will fired, 1 month notice period time they have given as initial 6 month for probation period so there is no job security at least they should hire for specific project not for, there head count for specific time career growth as I have seen so many people on the bench who are juniors if you experienced as I am they will fire you as they cant manage your salary every month, work environment is good as you will not have work till you work here than how you know about the work environment
