I worked for this company for 6 years. I repent. The HR lied to me about my band.there is a huge difference in salaries on same level. They don't seem to have a policy like other companies where there is a guideline for package and band based on experience. The HR can take u for a ride.
Company does not provide facilities. Women plz don't join here.they have a stupid pick up drop facility.the company has no concern on employee's safety. HR team acts as per managers wish.you will not have any support.they can change rules without any notifications. I was working even after notices period was over. They jeopardized my new job options and tortured me.
They don't give laptops to people who need because of project demands. Only managers get to have.
