I have joined in Capgemini as a fresher. In Capgemini there will be no opportunities to freshers. Here, they will be providing training for the students who are selected in on campus drive. And for off campus they will not provide any training. We must be certified before attending an interview to the Capgemini.
Off-campus students get salary as 16K per Month in first year. It will increase based on our appraisal to the second year. Don't put too much hopes on ratinga here.
On campus students will get 16k for first 6 months and for next 6 months they will add 6.5 k allowance in every month. Actually, In these 6 month every employee should get 75k as per the offer letter but getting only 37.5k only. For rest of the amount details only god knows. After 1 year salary will be based on appraisal.
These salary calculations are for ex, as 2016 batch getting the above. It will be depends upon the batch actually but the pattern said for on and off is same.
There will no job guarantee. If they didn't find sufficient quantities in you, you will be out. Here, you have yo build your career growth, no one will support you or help you.
You will not get much recognitions in Capgemini as it is not providing much opportunites to the employees.
