The printer ( ink tank) seems ok, but refuses to print at times, takes lit of time to get ready.
But the worst part is their service. The printer failed to take paper from the rear tray, despite registering a complaint and getting an acknowledgement, no technician has visited , office work is hampered for two days. Customer service called up and have the details of the visit by technician on 2nd Feb between 2 to 6 pm. They didn't mention the year may it is next year they meant.
