I was previously a loyal customer of Kalyan Jewellers, which led me to try Candere by Kalyan for online purchases. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating.
For my last order, I chose the DGPR payment option. After making the final payment, there was complete silence for over a month. When I followed up via email, someone from Candere eventually contacted me through WhatsApp. They informed me that the product I had ordered was no longer available and that they only had 14k or rose gold options the same thing happened with another order as well.
To make matters worse, Candere themselves changed my order without my consent. When I questioned them about this and asked why they waited until the end of the payment plan to inform me, they had no answers. They simply said I could either take the alternative or get my money back. Thats not how customer service should work. Are we customers expected to block our money in such schemes only to be told later that the product doesnt exist?
I also got a call from someone named Shrikant, who initially assured me I would receive my product. When I told him this would be my last order due to such an experience, his response was basically Okay, dont buy from us. After that, he completely ghosted me. Since then, neither my emails nor calls have been answered.
In my honest opinion, Candere is not a reliable company. They lack professionalism, transparency, and basic customer support. I would not recommend them to anyone save your time, money, and trust by going with a more reputable jeweller.
