Cafe Coffee Day is known for his name and brand this people are using it's for bad work
Hi guys my name is Kaushik and I am from Asansol thr nearest CCD is in Galaxy Mall Burnpur.
First time I visited ccd with my uncle and I faces horrible experience not horrible actually it's disgusting.
Maybe in last year's 2017 December I think I am not sure but in December I visit CCD in Asansol Galaxy mall with my uncle and my brother we are ordering 2 cafe mocha for me and my brother and 1 cafe Latte regulr for my uncle.
2 cafe Mocha cost are 250 rs and 1 cafe latte price is 107.
The total amount of Bill should have been 357 rs but when my uncle check the bill he shocked. amount written on the bill is 1342 they just double the amount of order.It was too much for the order that we did.
So me and my uncle go to the manager cabin and checked every single things. They do not have any answers, then one guy come and said sir please give me the bill I will check and come back to you.
After 5 minutes he come back and said that they have charges extra 940 rs and he returned the money.
But what about the other? guys this CCD stuffs are literary doing fraud as most of us they don't check their bill at per paid restaurant.The CCD peoples are make good money by fooling people. This is not about the money this is put that how far they are. Shame on you CCD stuff.
