I bought a neck piece a few years back and still get compliments on it. They have unique products and the price you pay is for the uniqueness rather than the product value itself. If looking at an item as an investment, this is not where you go.
The staff needs some more product knowledge. On the whole, My experience has been good to average with CKC.
