Yoga is the one of the most popular art of exercise in the world. India has gifted it to the world. Recently, it has reached at the peak of its popularity. From children to aged ones they all like to do Yoga. I too like it very much.
Last month, I went to Surat, there I came across this Yoga classes. It is very popular in the region. The classes is located in a peaceful area and has very simple but good interiors. The owner himself takes all the classes so there is no need of trainers.
I liked it. And I tell you, he is very knowledgeable in his art. He calmly made the trainees understand the need of Yoga and how to perform with an ease.
On the very first day, I started performing many difficult kind of Yoga poses. I went there for almost seven days and found much change in my physical stability. I took his guidance for daily Yoga as I had to leave Surat. He guided me well.
Kriya Yoga, Meditation, Pranayam and Yog Sadhana in these area they are master.I recommend this classes for all Yoga lovers and health seeking people.
