My experience with them has been since 2017. Their replacement product quality has deteriorated and their Service Attitude is just terrible.
They came to fix my phone. The replacement screen was faulty. So they asked for the phone to be taken back to the centre and repaired there, along with another issue the technician found. Since then it has been an endless journey of calling to find about my phone. Their executives don't answer their phones and when they do, they give attitude. Their executive ANTIM SINGH, just told me - whats the big deal if your phone is with us for 2 days. How does it matter, you shouldn't be mad about that, so talk properly.
They won't send any invoice after the phone is repaired so claiming any warranty is just useless.
Needless to say, this is my last experience with them.
