I purchased food processor and paid 300 for faster shipping. After two days they updated as product is shipped. However, the Blue Dart person called once but did not come. Then we followed up with buyatbrands who gave the consignment number.
The bluedart person was rude and he delivered the product in haste and left. When we opened the package we were shocked to see product as old one and the customer care is not answering if we would get a replacement product or not.
A horrible first online shopping experience.. Be careful with buyatbrands..
