I had a subscription of BT for both Digital and Print media. I have started receiving the print media at my address and have received more than 4 copies of BT, still I didn't got the credentials for accessing digital media.

Its more than 2 months and I have not received any updates from their customer center.
Every time you follow they will tell, " this is the print department and we have forwared your request to digital department, it will take 48 hrs to get your query resolved". And when we ask about the contact for digital department, they say "There is no separate department for digital, we will be forwarding your request".
I suggest its better to buy the digital magazine from any other magazine store, and not from BT's website.
