Lived in Delhi for a year and a half and bought me a Thunderbird. A beauty. Black and chrome. Rode it once down to Rajahstan, just across the border, and back to Delhi and I could have continued for several hours. It's such a wonderful bike to ride. Brought it back to Sweden when my assignment ended and thought that it would be easy to register such a modern bike in Sweden. BUT, Sweden being a part of EU is now cought up in rules and regulations that makes it impossible to have my lovely Thunderbird registred. It seems that my Thunderbird is the first ever in Europe and as it is not officially imported to Europe no one has ever had it tested and approved for EU. It is such a shame that the Thunderbird is not imported to Europe at all. It is only the Bullet, the 65 and the Electra being imported.
