BTW is a food chain which is running in delhi from several years. I am also one of the regular customers of btw. There is a branch of btw in janakpuri, delhi. I aslo visited it yesterday so, I am sharing my experience of btw. As I am esteemed customer of btw so, I know there food standards, but when I come accross there janakpuri branch shop , my views are changed a little bit.
There is no cleaniness in that shop, staff is also not supportive, quality and taste of the food is also not at a great level, crowd is also very undisciplined , some people are smoking in public place which have very bad impact on children and on others health.
