Bsnl such a hopeless service providers in all india. first of all I will recommend everyone not to use such service provider at any cost.when we take the new connection they give us very cheap data plan but once we took their connection uptil some data may be 4 gb to 5 gb it goes little good but after than it speed reduces and then it becomes so difficult to work with it.if you have some important work to do on net then the thing which takes just 10 to 15 min.gets completed in 1 hr if you are doing that in reduced speed of that plan. it tell after some data it will give 512 kbps speed but not at all it work with that speed ever. it takes lot of time in buffering.nd also it service is soo poor if it stop to works then you have to call them 4 to 5 times nd some time you have to go to their office nd make aa complain so this way lot of days goes of no use. so they are just aa horrible internet providers.
