I have been a subscriber of bsnl landline for almost 30 years. During the last 5 years I have been put to unheard of misery. There have been complaints every 3rd month. No response from the bsnl people. Last February (2020) the line has dead. I ran from pillar to post with complaints. No response at all. But very regular in sending Bill's for no service. At last on 9th March 2021 I submitted application for disconnection. One month after I have received a fresh for the month of March 21 and earlier months when the line dead. No action taken on my application for disconnection. Really fed up. What kind of office organisation..
