I have been the user of BSNL since 6 years (formerly VSNL). Ever since I got my account I have been facing with many problems with this so called monopolistic ISP provider In India.
The main problems faced by me are:
1) Many times I will not get connection.
2)Though I get connection it goes disconnected and again I have to reestablish the connection. If I am luky I get it or it will not be connected.
3)The bandwidth is very low.
4)Reagading cusoter care/support less talked/or written ifs better.
5)Though BSNL has stated to send feed back many use ful feedback suggestion leave alone to implement or not even acknowledge.
6) When Yahoo, google(will commence shortly) provide free service viz:spam free, and each email is properly scanned by the recent very good antivirus such facility is a not amde available to BSNL users though WE PAY THE MONEY.
7)We are not allowed to choose our email id.
8)The webspace provided by the BSNL to its user is of no use while free webspace is freely available with many web hosting companies.
- Since there are no other operators in this field in the place where I live I have other choice and forced to renew my account with this ISP
