I have been living in small town, Tarapur, 100 kms from mumbai. The choice of using BSNL is coz, there is only this ISP which is good but there are two serious problmes. Since last one year there is this coonnectivity problem it takes nearly 4-5 time sto connect to the internet due to the BSNL coonectivity nod. And also there is this serious problem of disconnecting after every 2 hrs as you can see it takes 4-5 times to connect and is it disconnects every 2 hrs which is a big problem as you cannont think of downloading or long time using regarding the speeed it is sometimes very very good.
But altoghther it is an average service. Getting new connection is simpler now but the recharging coupons which they are now giving. Some times the nos are not clear and it does not recharge and when complaint is made no response is there.
When you call them for the service they saywhom you want to talkthere are to many people here and the person doesnt even says the wright person after getting the right person in talk and explaining the problem he does not understands the problem and we have to just keep the phone because it is a headache to talk to the Bsnl personnal.
