- Internet Speed:
BSNL has the worst speed in all the broadband services available.
BSNL is a govt aided company and still it has the most expensive netpack charges. The monthly bill goes as high as 2k .
And the internet speed is worst.
Other broadband services which I have seen at my friends places are way too much faster than this .
And their monthly bills are lesser thn 1k.
I dont understand the logic behind this.
BSNL must give a proper explaination for this .
I am higly disappointed with this experience.
- Connection Reliability:
BSNL connection are not reliable at all. whenever I needed the interent for studies or submission of important documents or something else It did not work.
It is not reliable at all.
the dns logo went off many times.
also the wifi didnt work many a times;
- Service and support:
BSNL service is also bad. They have never picked my phone up whenever I had issues, .
I have seen the employees avoiding to pick up phones at work. which is disgusting.
I would not recommend anyone to go for BSNL Broadband.
