We got FTTH broadband in our apartment and it is not working for last 1 week. Have complained to DGM, GM .everyone and nobody fixes saying that the main optical fiber cable is broken and that they need permission to dig up.
Pathetic service after paying 1345+ 150(modem rental)+ tax per month. Worst decision to take up FTTH of BSNL
Please avoid BSNL FTTH like plague. They have outsourced this and do not have the technical competency to handle optical fiber. Better to go with ACT or Reliance Jio when they launch
