I have chosen the Rs. 849+GST plan for my home use which gives me around 50 MBPS speeds consistently.
The only problem with this network is that it suffers from malware attacks sometimes, and, as a result, leads to downtimes overnight.
It has been half a month since I have got this connection but BSNL has not provided me with an Amazon Prime account as promised and included in the plan.
The reliability is excellent except for a few times that it has suffered from the malware problem as mentioned above.
The installation process takes some time which is fine I guess.
The user is required to buy a new router which costs 3000 Rs. if bought from BSNL.
This router is not being produced by mainstream networking brands but by local companies which seem to have collaborated with BSNL for earning profits.
With some more polishing to their service, I would recommend going for BSNL FTTH.
