What a nightmare, staffed by horrid "people". If this is Indian Gov Maharatna, I hate it. 4 days can't make ISD call. Can't SMS. Problems with Web access. all unresolved. Can't escalate.


Rude and illiterate staff. But it's india so its good for all indians to accept the maharatna company I suppose eh? corrupt.
