One advantage of using a BSNL Excel is the wide coverage . But when you think you wish to continue using Excel THINK TWICE . I purchased a prepaid recharge card thinking that I can recharge my account instantly ,but I get a message '' NO MORE ATTEMPTS '' . I called up the CC to lodge a complaint , the person at the other end lodged the complaint and promptly informed me that BSNL does not work on sunday please try to recharge on Monday . I repeatedly called the CC for the next 4 days ......but in vain .The person receiving the call has no idea how the system works . He /She one answer '' we have forwarded your complaint to BSNL will be rectified tomorrow '' . Now I have a second thought weather to continue or not . BEWARE ....
