The only good thing about Bsnl Cellone Gsm connections is that theoretically it covers the maximum villages and cities across India. But practically speaking, the network signal and the services are way worse than one can even expect.
Even in a city like Kolkata, you cannot travel even 2 kms without facing a loss of network of BSNL. Too much unexpected balance deductions, and too many promotional messages are the most common problems faced by any BSNL prepaid consumer. On balance deductions, you need to complain and complain and complain and do so till the time you are tired enough to give up.
In addition to all this, the customer care service facility is too bad to be ignored. You need to go throufh a waiting time of atleast 15 mins before the customer care executive comes to speak to you. Not just that, the person who speaks initially just asks you for your query, and then again puts you on hold for another 15 mins to transfer your call to the appropriate department.
A tremendous improvement in all departments is required for Bharat Sick Network Ltd to become Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd.
