BSNL is a government involved telecom service therefore it has a good coverage all over India. I was satisfied with network coverage but I think it cannot compete with other telecom services due to lack of personal offers.
Customer care service is poor. Though it is an advantage for office uses because of offers given in bulk, I would not recommend it for personal use!
It needs to improve its offers to get better results for personal use and also its customer care services
