Hi I am very much agree with you as mtnl sister concern comapny coustomer expericnce same truma as bsnl coustomer faces so you read my review on mtnl expericne you will feel how tought to use mtnl dolphin service is its unimaginable for you that mtnnl pepole do so much adv but htere service is at his worse.
I recomd choose for pvt operator pay more atleast tense free from all hurdles
I dont know why these bsnl.mtnl improve there service and make a good reliable service
