I find the executives at the callcentres quite rude at times.I lodged a complaint on the 10th of nov.'08 that I was unable to contact my daughter at the given no.though I am able to send msgs to the same number.T he person at the other end started giving me a lecture on how to dial STD nos. he said +91 is used as a prefix for local nos. and zero for STD.I found it amusing and told the person concerned that I was well aware of how to phone. Then I again called after sometime the person at the other end said there is some network problem you try after 10pm uyou will be able to contact the person you are dialling.


When that failed I again rang up this time my complaint was taken a complaint no.3102115 was given to me.The problem is yet to be solved.The worst part with BSNL MOBILE is we are not given the address of the person we can contact in case of this type of indifferent attitude of the customer care executives.I would be highly greatful if someone can guide as to whom to contact for such problems.
