BSNL speaks loud on their service but at the grass root their service is BAD and Network drops very often.. May be we can say they provide the worst service... So they can't charge as per other Operators.... If you see quality for service their pricing is VERY EXPENSIVE... another 25% they hv to reduce on the tariff they charge.
When you call CS they say their system is down... The whole day.
