I have used BSNL in different circles. Using BSNL in remote areas of Hills was fun as I used to get signal everywhere. Rates are reasonable but service is not as per the city requirements. If you call the service centre you will never get thru to the executive. Jaisa bhi hai Acha hai. it does not give good offers anytime and lack total marketing set up. But the billing is fair and rates are reasonable.
The network is usually busy in the evening and you can not get other network number with ease in the evening. So want to get the coverage and are usually at remote place then it is very useful. I got signals in Badrinath, srinagar and everywhere. The service does not come up some good packages any time, .
