I am a BSNL customer using UP east sim in delhi as Roaming is free. I recharged my phone with 339/-. As per description given in bsnl portal the Data and Unlimited call will be there and 25 min on other network via calling.
But my account balance keep on deducting as I made call.
After that I called customer care, he said that the customer has to call customer care every time to the cutomer care.
